Leandra Habel
Leandra Parker Habel has lived in Unionville, Bedford County, for 30 years. Leandra discovered her passion for photography during her elementary school years while being a part of the 4-H club. However, it wasn't until she became a mother that she decided to improve her photographic skills. In 2004, after retiring from Architectural Drafting, Leandra became a stay-at-home mom. While volunteering at her daughter's school, she became friends with the teachers and contributed pictures for the yearbook. Since then, she has polished her photography skills to include a wide range of subjects such as sports, portraits, landscapes, nature, events, and night photography. The opportunity to capture moments and relive them when viewing, discovering the beauty of that memory, inspires Leandra in this photography endeavor.
