Tina Barton is a published author and avid photographer with 30 years of experience. Her literary works include “Breakfast with the Lord and “Front Porch Praises,” a compilation of devotional material and poetry reflecting her deep faith. Tina’s writing journey began at her hometown newspaper capturing the events in a small mountain community.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing and has spent three decades in the government contracting marketplace, where she currently works as a research analyst. Despite her professional success, she balances her analytical mind with a rich artistic side that includes her photography, storytelling, poetry, songwriting and singing.

Growing up on a small farm sparked Tina’s love for photography in her teens. Her appreciation for God’s amazing creation inspires her work, and she credits Him for all her achievements. Her photography is not confined to a particular style; instead, she captures images that evoke memories and take viewers on nostalgic journeys. Often, she pairs her photographs with poems, adding a lyrical touch to her visual art.

Tina enjoys experimenting with her photography skills from capturing macro images of insects and flowers to sweeping panoramas of the countryside and landscapes. As a devoted animal lover, her portfolio frequently features whimsical images of animals encountered wherever she is at the time.

Describing herself as a “work in progress,” Tina strives to perfect her craft, hoping to bring joy to others through God’s beauty as seen through her heart and eyes.
