Mya Starr Burrahm is a 23 year old artist who was raised in Unionville TN, and started to explore art at a very young age. Based in the serene landscapes of Bedford County, TN, she draws deeply from the rich history and nature that surrounds her. While her go to medium is acrylic painting, she is still exploring different mediums and techniques. Mya’s artistic practice intertwines history, nature, and identity. She hopes that through her work, viewers find a moment of introspection and a renewed appreciation for the intricate relationships between our past, our environment, and our personal identities.
